Haley Bailleux, LMSW, is a therapist specializing in treating adolescents, young adults and their families. She has particular expertise working with teens navigating anxiety, sadness, school pressure, family difficulties and the everyday weight of growing up. Her approach is relational and curious. She meets young people where they are, takes what they say seriously, and works closely with parents, when appropriate.

Haley helps young people move from feeling unseen or overwhelmed to feeling understood, and helps their parents move from feeling shut out to feeling reconnected. She trained at the NYU Silver School of Social Work, with clinical experience in multiple high schools in the area, and as a crisis clinician with Kids in Crisis and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Having grown up in Fairfield County, she knows firsthand the specific pressures teens and families here face and relates exceptionally well with students.

She is licensed in Connecticut and sees patients at Redwood Psychology Group's Darien and Greenwich offices, and virtually across the state.
